I am the parent or legal guardian of the competitor named on this application. I understand breaking involves spins, freezes, power moves and contact with the floor and other dancers, and that injury is possible. I give permission for my child (age 15 or under) to compete in the Circus Runaways Youth 1v1 in Los Angeles on May 13, 2027. I release Circus Runaways, TKO.cam, the venue, staff and volunteers from claims arising from ordinary participation, except in cases of gross negligence. I allow the event to photograph and film my child on the board and in the cypher for the crew’s archive and promotion. I will stay on site or leave a reachable adult. I confirm the information on this form is true.
